Holiday Inn Vancouver Charge My Account With Wrong Amount When I Try To Call To

We book 12 room, idid confirmed 1 day before.When we reached We got 11 rooms but no room on my name,I wauted 1-1 and half hrs. finally they said you can check in with $ 99 per day with your credit card will not processand charge ,they will sort it out and charge to main office who did 12 room booking, I ckeck in for one day. when i check out i checked for any charged,they said there is no charge on your credit card after 10 days they charge $230 on my credit card,She said she will give partial credit $80, still i have not recieved any refund amount, when i send her aemail ,she admitted it was a mistake from their side , i try to tell her in survey i can put negative review for check inn expirience i am victim , i have to pay my credit card . she did not put any refund which she sais she did. what should i do?
