Bluetooth Not Working
it used to work. havnt used it for 2 years it is charged upHave tried with iphone6, iphone8 and ipad. have followed all your instructions.Do I need to do a firmware update and if so, how?

For a factory reset, hold both the Answer/End call button and the Volume up button simultaneously for five seconds. You will need to re-pair the headset to your smartphone or to the Jabra Link 370 after it has been reset.
