My Furnace Is New And The Problem Is The Igniter Does Not Ignite, Dont Have Flam

My Furnace Is New, New, New, And The Igniter Does Not Ignite, Tries To Ignite Only For 2 Seconds And Then Shuts Off, And I Dont Have Flame Nothing Of Flame Only Starts The Blower Motor And Tries 3 Times To Start The Igniter And Then Shuts Off
