You may change your ticket depending on the fare conditions that apply. These are stated in your booking confirmation, and in Manage my Booking.
For many flights, you can change your travel dates and/or times yourself online, via Manage my Booking. To change tickets for babies, or children travelling alone, or tickets for which you have requested a special service, you should call the KLM Service Centre.
If you have reserved an extra comfortable seat and you change your ticket online, then you need to book that seat type on the new flight again. Simply log in to Manage my Booking or contact us. You may then request a refund of the costs of the extra comfortable seat on the original flight.
If you have already checked in online for your flight, you need to cancel your check-in first to change your flight.
