Product Stopped Working

My blower fan stopped working, what steps do i need to take to troubleshoot it

Clean fab to remove dirt from inside the Fan. - NEVER attempt to take apart the Fan. - Clean the body of the Fan with a soft cloth only. - NEVER use ALCOHOL or SOLVENTS such as gasoline, benzene, paint thinner, or other harsh cleaners.

It can make it work these fans tends to stop due to not proper cleaning.
