Any Problems With The Volume...can't Hear Person On The Othe Line Very Well??

Look through your options and settings to get to the sound settings and look for the volume. If it is all the way up and you still can't hear the other person there might be a problem with the phone. Have you talked to other people? If you have then you need to call your service provider and let them know about your issue so they can fix it.
