Terrible Flights
We had a contract stating the times I was to leave and return. I want to know how to apply for a refund on my trip to Syracuse and back. Both the flight out and return delayed more than five hours each way. I am not letting this go until I get a total refund. You ruined both days of travel especially the flight to Syracuse in which I missed an important function.
