Trying To Access Reader's Digest Customer Help...difficult !
For the past couple years I was offered a free gift subscription with my own renewal. The offer I just recieved looked like the same offer as before. Now, I get a bill for BOTH subscriptions. What's free here ?! I can't afford two renewals. I called and cancelled the so-called free subscription while renewing my own.( I like this magazine ! ) I called customer service & had difficulty understanding the rep. since I have a hearing impairment.I hope I got through to them. I also tried emailing customer service, but it took too long, so am writing her. Sorry for any inconvenience.
