I Have A Billing Error That I Need Help With

I'm getting renewal requests for which I've already paid by check. The check cleared for $23.00 on 8-13-21 and was to include 2 gift subscriptions along with my own. I can give you my account number if you need it. This has been going on for months. How do I reach a person at Reader's Digest for HELP?
