Why Didnt I Get A Confirmation Email Or Text When I Returned My Movie?

Hi there, we don't send out text messages with confirmations of rental returns, but if you entered your email address when you checked the movie out, you will get a return confirmation. If you did enter your email address but didn't see a rental return, please email us right away at [email protected] so we can make sure there wasn't a problem with the return.
Also, you can check your account history, including rentals, returns and billing information on our website at redbox.com. If you've never created an account, please create one. For verification purposes, you'll also have to save the credit card that you use to rent.
