I Keep Getting Charged For Movies I Returned, How And Who Do I Get Ahold Of Some

I returned my movies yesterday afternoon and I got charged last night as well as tonight for the movies that I returned. What, how, and who do I get ahold of to get this problem solved? Thank you.
