I Need To Know How To Return A Redbox Movie With A Bad Case.
I rented a redbox video and I have tried to return it to 3 different kiosk. The case must be defective. Where can I return the video. Texas 77459

If you think the case is defective, you can purchase a new case from any Redbox kiosk (per the Redbox Help Center) for the same price it costs to rent a DVD for one day. If you don't think you should have to pay for the case, you'll have to contact Redbox customer service at 1-866-733-2693 and explain the situation to them.
