Line On Fax

I have a black line on my fax . sending and recieving

Hi, it sounds like you have two different problems.  A line on faxes that are sent and faxes that are received would be caused by two different things.  Some things to check:

- Clean the slit glass (the strip of glass that the sent faxes pass over)
- Check the drum/transfer/fuser for any scratches
