Roku Tv Remote
Batteries drain every day and need to be replaced. If I am understanding correctly, this is a known problem and I can receive a replacement remote. How do I go about doing so?

Yes you can receive a replacement remote but the problem is very known may be the new one would also be faulty like this may be.

True, if the remote is replaced with the same model that came with the TV, then, yes, one will have the same problem. The issue here is the type of communication technology this remote control uses which is always communicating with the tv whether one is watching it or not.
However, TCL has a different model remote that they can send out that does not drain batteries daily. I shall be receiving mine in 3 to 5 days....and will let you know how that works out....
