Refund Or Credit For Contageous Disease Diagnosed Customer??
I am calling you because after explaining to the Customer service agent on the phone that my husband has just been released from the hospital with a diagnosis of BACTERIAL PNEUMONIA, the agent says he cannot give credit for future flight or refund because insurance was not purchased. I explained the entire plane is at risk of being exposed to the germs. I offered medical documentation from the doctor. The answer was a flat no- There is a $125 fee per person fee to cancel. The other person who was to travel HAS JUST COMPLETED 45 SESSIONS OF RADIATION and cannot travel alone. Is there anyone at the airline that can do more that what was offered. Rather than getting on plane and subjecting others, a future credit would be appreciated.
