We Can't Load Photo On Vistaprint Website To Do Our Flipbook & Mug

We have buy voucher from DEAL of 20page Flip-book & Mug on MAY 2011 & Expired date: 31st Dec 2011. We have trying so many time and day to complete the step to doFlip-book, when we trying to load photo from our file but no response. We have to trying click on your contact file and others also no response. Please help us to settle this matter. We hope you can reply early. Thanks!
