I Contact The Seller, But It's Didn't Help

Hi! I contact the seller, but it's didn't help. Please, can you step in... I received an item that’s wrong and not as described... It is other material (quality) it is other color, it is other tailoring and besides it is the size on the teenager of 12 years, and I am the adult woman... Seller wrote to me(about 2 weeks ago) that they already sent me my correct order that it is only necessary to wait patiently for its delivery... And I wrote back it's not a problem... But now I start received letters from the seller about return me $2 or $4 from my $15,99 spent for my purchase! I ask you very much to look at our correspondence with the seller ... they insisted and convinced that I changed mine review and after I refused to do it they ignore everything... and I am powerless before them... So, I want to return my order and ask you step in. The seller needs to return my money and my shipping for return, but looks like they don't attend to...
