Attach 2 seat pad elastic straps onto the hooks on side of seat and attach to hook as shown in between the gap of the back support and seat area of the booster seat to allow 2 elastic straps to reinstall harness. Pull elastic strap on the seat pad through the vehicle belt guide on the rear of the seat. 13.
