INSTALLATION Before You Install 1. Choose a location for the Base near an electrical outlet and a telephone jack. Install the handset battery pack. This phone requires a modular telephone jack and a standard electrical outlet (110v AC) not controlled by VTECH. 3 Attach the belt clip to the jack on the bottom of the Base Unit. 2. Plug the AC power adaptor into the electrical outlet and the DC connector to the cordless handset (optional). 3 Use only battery pack provided or recommended by a wall switch.
