As A Gmx Customer, How Do I Get Gmx To Stop Classifying My Outgoing Mail As Spam

GMX, a 1and1 company, is my ISP. Some of my outgoing mail is getting rejected by recipient mail servers because it triggers some algorithm at GMX that thinks it is spam, and so it tags the mail as such, as per some agreement between ISPs. How do i get them not to do this?

The previous answerer seems to have missed the point of your question: you're not asking about incoming mail marked as spam but outgoing mail so marked in the recipient's system. To avoid that, see https://www.a2hosting.com/kb/security/managing-unwanted-e-mail-spam/preventing-outgoing-e-mail-from-being-marked-as-spam.

When you first use your GMX mailbox, your personal spam filter is still empty. Your personal spam filter is not trained until you click Spam or Not Spam to move incorrectly saved e-mails into the Spam folder or the Inbox folder. The same occurs if you move e-mails to the Spam folder or the Inbox folder by drag & drop or using the Move button. The spam filter remembers the following properties:
  • The address of the e-mail's sender
  • The text pattern of the e-mail

If you receive another e-mail from the same sender, or an e-mail with a similar text pattern from another sender, the e-mail is automatically saved in the appropriate folder.

To ensure that your personal spam filter functions perfectly, you have to move e-mails incorrectly saved as spam, and undetected spam mails to the correct folder. If certain e-mails are saved in the wrong folder repeatedly, you can reset the spam filter in the Spam Protection settings to solve this problem.

  1. You create a special folder named as SPAM or DIRTY or whatever you like.
  2. Then you create a FILTER
  3. In the filter, there is a criteria. In your case, you can set a criteria as: ALL emails with the address like @ gmx . de (or anything that is common to all this spam mails like the email address) will GO TO the SPAM folder that you created.
  4. When your filter is ON, all contents of the SPAM folder will be coming from the FILTER that you created and set. So you can then easily EMPTY the folder at once.

Another option for you is to MARK AS SPAM.
  1. Open an example of a SPAM email.
  2. Then click a button (depends on your email program) named: Mark as SPAM
  3. Then all email COMING from the same SENDER will automatically go to the SPAM folder which can then be emptied at once.

If you only send an email every couple of months, then you risk subscribers forgetting who you are or why they subscribed. If this happens, they may unsubscribe or even mark your email as spam when they do finally hear from you.

To prevent this, stay in regular contact with your subscribers. Of course, you should always provide value when you send an email; don't just email subscribers with a certain frequency because it's "best practice" to do so.

Rather, look for opportunities to provide value to your subscribers as often as you can. If that's just once a week, that's okay, so long as you consistently email them each week (and use smart timing to make sure they get the emails when they're most likely to open them).

You can train your personal spam filter when you mark an e-mail as spam. The next e-mail from the same sender will be automatically moved to the spam folder. When you first use your GMX mailbox, your personal spam filter is still empty.

At the point when you first utilize your GMX post box, your own spam channel is as yet unfilled. Your own spam channel isn't prepared until you click Spam or Not Spam to move erroneously saved messages into the Spam organizer or the Inbox envelope. The equivalent happens in the event that you move messages to the Spam envelope or the Inbox organizer by hauling and dropping or utilizing the Move button. The spam channel recollects the accompanying properties:

The location of the email's sender

The text example of the email

On the off chance that you get another email from a similar sender or an email with a comparable message design from another sender, the email is naturally saved in the fitting organizer.

To guarantee that your own spam channel works impeccably, you need to move messages erroneously saved as spam, and undetected spam sends to the right envelope. On the off chance that specific messages are saved in some unacceptable organizer over and again, you can reset the spam channel in the Spam Protection settings to tackle this issue.

There are a few actions you can take to enhance email deliverability and lessen the possibility that receivers will designate emails sent from your GMX email account as spam if they are being flagged as such:

Verify Email Content: Make sure nothing in your email is setting off spam filters. Steer clear of spammy language, deceptive subject lines, and excessive capitalization. Additionally, avoid posting links or attachments that point to dubious or well-known spam websites.

Verify the Authenticity of Your Email: Configure DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) and SPF (Sender Policy Framework) authentication for your domain. This aids email service providers in confirming that your emails are authentic and unspoofing or faked.

Keep an Eye on Feedback Loops: A few email service providers have systems for monitoring feedback loops that let you know when
