To factory reset a 3Com 3CR16708-91 OfficeConnect Managed Switch, follow these steps:
- Connect a console cable to the switch and a computer.
- Open a terminal emulation program on the computer, such as Putty.
- Power on the switch.
- Press the "Ctrl + C" keys within 1 second after the switch starts booting to enter the boot menu.
- Use the arrow keys to select "Reset to default configuration" and press "Enter."
- The switch will restart and the factory default settings will be restored.
Note: This will erase all current configurations and settings on the switch.
