Captcha Not Displaying

I'm trying to do the free PDF download but there are no letters displayed for the CAPTCHA, so it always fails. :(

Most like a security privacy setting inthe browser is keeping the captcha from displaying, you may also want to clear your browser cache before the next attempt.
