Cantilever Base
I bought my parasol as soon as the shop opened today. I was told I could only buy the cantilever base on line. I went on line and it said sold out!!!! My parasol is no good to me without the base. Why do you sell the parasol if you can't get the base? I am very upset and have always loved shopping at Aldi but this is not good enough, it is useless to me without this strong base.How can I get one or do I have to waste my time getting it back to the store?

We understand this. As such we offer our customers a 60 day returns policy, however in order to take advantage of this extended right to change your mind the Product you return must be returned to store:
(a) in resalable condition;
(b) in the supplied packaging;
(c) if part of a multi-part set, with all parts of the multi-part set; and
(d) with the returns form enclosed with the Product.
Please ensure you bring proof of purchase with you when returning any Product to store.
