I Was Over Charged. How Do I Get A Refund?
I went to the Guntersville, AL ALDI location and the lady charged me 3 times for one item. How do I get a refund

If possible, take the receipt back to the store, and if necessary ask for the manager. If you don't have the receipt, do the same. Your only other recourse is via corporate: use the corporate contact information at http://www.corporateofficeowl.com//Corporate%20Office.

I have a couple of options for you, 1st Touch base with the business directly to receive a refund, as they will be the ones to provide it. If you have troubles getting in touch with them, send us a Support request from your email. You can also visit the nearest store back the store and show the manager with prove by providing your receipt.
