My Account Was Double Charged On A Bill.
My account was double billed and over charged my bank. I was also charged a subtantial overcharge fee to the bank. So in the end i am looking at a large credit only usable towards aps. no money and a bill too my bank for almost half the payment that was not approved by me and was made about a week after the bill was paid. How can i get this money back ASAP!!!
