Emergency Help

How do I get someone to answer the phone so I can let them know that I paid a required deposit to have my service turned back on. I called at 430 pm AZ time and waited for an hour on hold. Now what do I do

Sorry for your problems; some companies have really poor customer service, and too often there's not much that can be done about that. In this case my guess is you probably called the toll-free number (800-253-9405) and if so I can give you another number, which may or may not help: 602-371-7171. Finally, there's the corporate number, 602-250-1000.

Unfortunately, by the time I saw and answered your question it was past business hours, but I suggest you try one of the first two numbers anyway. Best of luck!
