Cancell New Service Installation
i called in and cancelled my new service . iam sending this letter to make sure they dont show up to install the service on 3/12/12 order #326380203 billing acct. #(ban)1171

Actually sending this letter to HelpOwl will not confirm cancellation of service with AT&T U-verse.
Use the linked online form at AT&T U-verse to search for your order to cancel it online. The link will open a new window at AT&T U-verse. Enter your Order Number or U-verse account number to check the order status. You should be able to verify the cancellation from there.
It if hasn't been cancelled, try cancelling it online and then after leaving the site, call AT&T U-verse at 1-800-288-2020 to cancel again or verify cancellation. If you call during business hours, you can talk to a person. Mon-Sat 10:00am-8:00pm EST
