Billing Question

My bill has increased again and I am not sure why. I am wondering if you have any customer loyalty discounts I can get to be able to keep my service. My fiance is pressuring me to change to Xfinity once we get married, next month. I need to show him I can get the bill lowered. Thank you.

First of all, if your bill has increased and you have only had the service for 6 months, your bill went up because your discounts expired.  If this is not the case, call AT&T U-verse at 1-800-288-2020 press # for a live person Monday-Saturday between 10:00am-8:00pm EST.  You need someone to go through your bill with you line by line to explain. And if the explanation doesn't make sense, have the explain again or ask for a supervisor.

The only Customer Rewards the AT&T offers aside from movie coupons for which you are charged and then credited a couple of months later, is the Rewards credit card.  Personally I don't think that rewards for more spending is much of a reward towards economizing.

You can check the current Xfinity deals here.  Keep in mind that Xfinity is just Comcast in lipstick.  They are trying to rebrand their image.

The only way to lower the bill is to either lower your service levels or to drop the service and then pick up new service in his name.  That will get you a deal for the first 6 months and then you'll be right back where you are now.

Not only does AT&T U-verse not recognize customer loyalty, they have a tendency to add charges which might be a mistake until you call them on the error.
