Aggrevation
I had called twice to reboot and technical support the day of or after my uverse was installed. Everyday we have to reboot,.reset the box..I have reached the end ..I would like a new box. Please Please..I don't want to talk to any computer..I want a human..only one week into this and I think I made a mistake. Please set up a time I could get a new box.thank you.
