What Happened To The History Channels?

Listed below are upcoming channel availability changes that were reported to the state of CT Public Utilities Regulatory Authority
Effective November 29, 2011
A&E Channel 166 will be moving to Channel 132 and A&E HD Channel 1166 will be moving to Channel 1132;
OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network Channel 256 will be moving to Channel 170 and OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network HD Channel 1256 will be moving to Channel 1170;
History Channel 270 will be moving to Channel 256 and History HD Channel 1270 will be moving to Channel 1256; and
H2 channel 274 will be moving to Channel 257 and H2 HD Channel 1274 will be moving to Channel 1257.
