At this point there is nothing in the news about AT&T U-verse reaching an agreement with LHN.
This linked news article is many months old and is explaining why negotiations might still be stalled.
And here is an online petition to prospective carrier companies.
There are other issues as well but my guess is there won't be any news until the end of the coming summer.
