Defective Box Return
Where is closest ATT Uverse place to drop off defective box and pick up a working one? I live in Duluth, GA

The quickest way to return your U-verse TV receiver or equipment is to call AT&T U-verse at 1-800-288-2020during business hours. Monday-Saturday between 10:00am-8:00pm EST. To speak to a live person press # after making your department selection.
A Customer Care representative will process your order and provide you with detailed instructions on returning the equipment...by mail. The AT&T stores do not carry receivers (DVRs).
