I Get A Busy Signal On My Phone When I Try To Access Voicemail Or Place A Call.
I CANNOT USE MY UVERSE TELEPHONE SERVICE. I GET A BUSY SIGNAL WHEN I TRY TO ACCESS MY VOICEMAIL OR PLACE A CALL.
I CANNOT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT.

If you cannot log into your online account to access the old Troubleshoot and resolve, try another link Troubleshoot and Resolve.
If that doesn't work, you need Technical Support from another phone - perhaps your cell or a friend's phone
- 1-800-288-2020 press # for live operator Monday-Saturday between 10:00am-8:00pm EST
- Even if you call when no love operator is available, the automated switchboard can run some diagnostics
How long have you had this issue - be sure to tell them that once the issue is resolved and insist upon a credit.
