My Dvd/vhs Does Does Not Have Sound After I Gote Uverse
My DVD has no sound since I got At&T Uverse. They say it is not their equipment. however they unhooked it from Direct TV and hooked it up to UVERSE. I have called and they say I will be charged since my TV works. I am unable to get behind the entertainment system and follow their directions and hooking up and re hooking up. I am a senior with medical problems. You would think they would have checked this since they have been here many times for other things within six months that I have had this system. Why won't they help me?
