Frequently Loose Wireless Connection, Thus Get A Blank Screen.

You really need to discuss this matter with Tech Support at AT&T U-verse. If the problem is an installation issue, be warned that they'll probably want to charge you for a site service call.
If the problem is something which they can guide you through on the phone, they'll stay on the line until they've walked you through the entire process.
Contact AT&T U-verse Monday-Saturday 10:00am -8:00pm EST. Respond TECHNICAL SUPPORT when prompted by the automated switchboard and press # to be connected with a live person. 800-288-2020
