Ordered The New Wireless Dvr, Installed It. Client Unprovisioned Message

No one at ATT seems to know what to do or maybe I'm not calling during the right time of day. Can I fix the error myself? I've had UVerse for a year, just trying to add the new piece of equipment.

Call ATT tech support between 6am to 10pm central time. Request Tier 2 to resolve it.
