Phone Locked
number 9 on screen. pressed unlocked and then pressed yes phone still locked.

Greetings - If you can, pull out the battery while the phone is still running and wait for 5 minutes > replace the battery and power it back on > try to unlock it after and observe. If the battery is non-removable, then press the power button for 10-15 seconds to force-restart the device. Please do repost including the phone's model number if the issue persist.
