Remote Control
Some of the buttonson my remote are not working.
Can I have the remote replaced? If so, what should I do?

Have you changed the batteries in the remote? It is not unusual for functions to stop working as the battery runs down. The remote requires 2 AA batteries.
If replacing the batteries does not resolve the problem, it is time to walk through the re-setting procedure either with the manual which came with your receiver or by calling and talking to a person.
I prefer calling because some of the AT&T tech folks are pretty saavy and know some tricks which don't appear in the manual. They will walk you through the process step by step as you reprogram.
So before asking for a replacement remote, call AT&T U-verse at 800-288-2020 and ask for Technical Support in the automated system. You'll later be able to order another remote on the same call if you still need it.
