Restarting My Tv.
I was watching Channel 12 program, and suddenly the program went off the screen, and messages started, with instructions, from uverse on how to pay your bill on line etc. Now I just have static and snow. I don't seem to have any control with my remote. Like when I hit menu and it appears, I cannot move to any line using the up and down arrows. Now, it just went off completely
