Uverse Box Locked

uverse main tv box has red x and a grey number 1 below it and appears to be locked, anything u can do from there?

Chn. 27 Not Listed On One Out Of 4 Uverse Boxes
I have 4 Uverse boxes/TV's.  1 does not list Chn. 27 WLPB.  Can that be fixed remotely?
