Why Do We Have Two Work Orders.1-16;1-23 Dated

Possibly there was a problem at the time of the original work on 1-16 based upon what was learned when they were at your residence. This may have necessitated an additional visit being scheduled for 1-23.
I suggest you call AT&T U-verse and ask the same question of them. They are the ones with the information although I do know that they often do not have all of the details. 1-800-288-2020 where you want to talk about an Existing Order.
