You can also call AT&T U-verse for TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Just indicate your choice when prompted by the automated switchboard and press # during regular business hours Monday-Saturday between 10:00am-8:00pm EST. Tech Support is usually available live 24/7 however.
You can also use the AT&T Service & Support Tool to help with the Red X error screen and the Client Initialization message - just press the Blue links on the page which will open in a new window.
