Choppy Picture

The picture on my main TV (the HD set), stops and starts it goes black,,the comes back with large squares, thenits fine, then it starts again, this is ONLY one one of 2 tvs, just the box with the DVR but we arent use teh DVR whe this is happening. Ive reset the box and its fine for a while then starts again. How can I get this to stop?

No Picture On Tv. We Have The Channel And Program On Bottom Of Screen.
We can see TV listing and browse recorded listing. There is no sound and no picture even on recorded...
