My Guide Stopped Working.it Worked Earlier Today. I Turned Tv On In The Dark,
and may have pushed the wrong key. Now my guide does not come up on the TV. How do I get it to operate again?

Let's assume the the problem isn't the need for a battery change and go right to the reset.
- Power TV on from the remote
- Press the AT&T button on the upper left end of the mode buttons on the top row
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds
- If the TV has powered on, try the GUIDE button
- If it still doesn't work Hold the POWER button on the Receiver for 10 seconds until the receiver lights flash 10 seconds
- With the TV powered on, check the guide button again.
- If it still isn't working, check to make sure the OK button isn't actually stuck under the edge of the remote - that sometimes happens because we all use that button often.
- If it is stuck, use your fingernail to free it and then try to GUIDE button again. You might even have to reset again (back to #1)
- If you have no luck, it is time to call AT&T U-verse for Technical Support at 1-800-288-2020.
- I think you actually need to talk to a person rather than the automated switchboard voice (which can run diagnostics) Try to make your call Mononday-Saturday between 10:00am-8:00pm EST
