Internet Speed
Since we signed up with Uverse our internet speed has been great, but these last few days has been terrible. What can I do on my end to troubleshoot the problem?

With wireless DSL, there's not much that can be done to troubleshoot without the tools that an internet support technician may have at their disposal. Try running speed tests at either speedtest.net or speakeasy.net (be sure to choose the closest major city to you on this particular site) and compare it with the speeds you should be getting. If the speeds are accurate to what you should be getting, then you may need your computer serviced. If not, then contact customer service for further troubleshooting.
