- How long has your service been down?
- What are the weather conditions
- Were you able to reset the receiver and restore a signal both times?
- For best specific answers based upon your U-verse installation and geographic location, call AT&T U-verse 1-800-288-2020 and say TECHNICAL SERVICE when prompted. After that press the # key to speak to a live Tech person
