One U-verse Tv Will Not Work

AT FIRST THE REMOTE WOULD NOT CHANGE THE TV, THEN I STARTED TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS AND NOW THE TV WILL NOT WORK AT ALL. IT KEEPS SAYING THAT THE SIGNAL STRENGTH IS LOW.  U-VERSE WAS INSTALLED LAST WEEK. I CANNOT GET ANYONE AT AT&T TO ASK. I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH AT& T SERVICE. I MAY HAVE TO CHANGE TO CHARTER
