Lost Cellphone-how Do I Suspend Service?
I HAD A GO-PHONE - LOST IT & NEED TO SUSPEND SERVICE IMMEDIATELY - AM ON AUTO-PAY & DO NOT WANT IT REFILLED. TRIED CALLING (800)331-0500 & COULD ONLY GET AUTOMATED QUESTIONS WHICH DID NOT ADDRESS SITUATION (ALSO, COULD NOT GET "REAL PERSON" BY PRESSING "0" AS DIRECTED). TRIED MANY TIMES, & AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED -- HELP!! MY HOME PHONE IS: (208)773-5506, IN CASE YOU NEED MORE INFO. THANKS.
