Lose Signal

MY AT&T lose signal all the time. What can I do? I like this phone, But what good is it when you can't use it. How do I switch back to Verizon using my old number. I am so tired of this. Do this happen to all AT&T phones? an you help?

What you need to do is call your local at&t and tell them you would like to speak to someone in Tier 1 department because you need to soft reset your phon, also you would like for them to check and see if you are hitting a tower in your local area or if any towers or out in that area. Good luck. It also maybe that you having that poor to medium grade tower reception in that area.
