I Cannot Attach Pictures To Messaging?

I jail broke this phone using the latest 9.9 version of redsnow. It is supposed to solve the problem with Apple's 5.1 upgrade. Don't know if IPSW has anything to do with it, right now it's whatever IPSW Apple uses. Can this be the problem> They're always trying to create hurdles for Straight Talk.
